Appointments

Step 1

A Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-CS) will complete a brief phone screening with you that includes gathering demographic information, a brief description of why you are calling, and a risk assessment.

The QMHP-CS will then provide you with a scheduled appointment to complete the intake process.

Step 2

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please bring with you the following documents.

Email the application and documents to IntakeClerks@pecanvalley.org or bring them with you to your appointment.

Walk-in Services

8 am — 3 pm Monday — Wednesday

Step 1

Walk-ins are held at three of our sites. Please be prepared to wait if the walk-in volume is high.

Please be aware that medications will not be provided at the time of the initial assessment.
