A Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-CS) will complete a brief screening with you that includes basic demographic information, a brief description of why you are calling, and a risk assessment.

Book Appointment

The QMHP-CS will then schedule a telehealth appointment for your child to complete the intake process.

Both the child and the guardian will need to participate in the appointment.
