To qualify:
Must be a veteran, dependent, or surviving spouse that can demonstrate financial need.
The client must be the person named on mortgage, rent, utility, loan, vehicle title, or other bill/invoice presented for financial assistance.
Required documents for application:
1. Proof of veteran status
2. Statement of financial need (Click here)
3. Most recent bank statement to validate the financial need
4. PDF copy of the most recent bill(s) (we cannot accept screenshots or photos)
5. We may require additional documents depending on your individual situation
