Our Process
1
Screening
Screening involves the gathering of information to determine the urgency of the individual’s needs.
2
Pre-Admission Assessment
A pre-admission assessment evaluates the individual’s diagnosis, eligibility, and treatment needs. State-approved guidelines are used to determine services the individual is eligible to receive.
3
Case Management
Every individual is assigned to a case manager. Routine or intensive case managers will assist individuals and their caregivers in gaining access to necessary care and services.
Our Services

Certified Family Partner Services
Caregiver support including skills training, education, advocating, linking and referring to community resources, and help navigating the individual's therapeutic needs.
Medication Training and Support
We train and guide individuals and/or their primary caregivers on the nature of mental illness, the importance of medications, possible side effects and other medication-related information.
Skills Training and Development
We help address severe emotional disturbance and symptom-related problems that interfere with the individual’s functioning. Group skills training is also available.
Pharmacological Management and Medication Provision
Physicians, advanced practice nurses, or physician assistants determine symptom remission and the needed medication regimen. Provision of medication ensures that psychoactive medication benefits individuals who have no source of income.
Counseling
Individual cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on the reduction or elimination of emotional disturbance symptoms and increasing daily living skills.
Supplemental Nursing Services
Ensures the direct application of psychoactive medication and assesses target symptoms, side effects, adverse effects, and the impact of the medication on the individual and family.
